Preparation
Pour 250 ml of milk into the Aeroccino. Select the cold foam function of the machine and wait until you get a consistent foam.
Serve a Dharkan Grand Cru espresso (40 ml) in a shaker, add 3 ice cubes and shake well.
In a glass for cold recipes high, mix the cardamom syrup and the milk of the Aeroccino.
Serve the milk froth and gently add the contents of the shaker.
Sprinkle the foam with cardamom powder.
