Ingredients

5 portions
  • 4 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mango Ice Cream
  • to taste grated coconut, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the milk with the cream in the blender.
Add the mango and blend until it is well integrated.
Without turning off the engine add the ice cream and remove.

TIPS

Sprinkle some grated coconut to decorate
