Oatmeal smoothies are an ideal option for an easy, quick and very nutritious breakfast, since they have the necessary nutrients to fill you with energy. Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned oatmeal
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, colorless
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups mango, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut

Preparation

For Quaker® oat milk, place the Quaker® oatmeal in a bowl and pour the water, rest for 30 minutes, strain and reserve.
Blend Quaker® oats, vanilla essence, brown sugar and salt with water.
Strain with the help of a strainer or a blanket 2 times or until there are no traces of oats.
For the mango smoothie, blend the Quaker® oat milk, mango, and coconut.

PRESENTATION

Serve cold and enjoy.

TIPS

You can also do it with mineral water, in the same way it will be delicious.
