Preparation
In a bowl, soak the rice with warm water for at least 2 hours.
Blend the rice with the soaking water, the milk, the water, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon and the coconut cream until you get a mixture without lumps. Strain and pour into a glass pitcher with ice cubes.
