Are you one of those people who adds chile piquín at everything? We have the best chamoyada recipe that you can prepare for a hot afternoon. This recipe for Chamoyada with Cucumber and Lemon is refreshing and you can substitute the amount of sugar for natural syrup.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cucumbers peeled, seedless, in large cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • enough of ice
  • 2 green lemons cut into slices
  • enough of chilli powder to frost
  • 1/2 Cup of chamoy
  • enough of Chamoy sweets to decorate
  • enough of Tamarindo candy and bittersweet, to decorate
  • 1 yellow lemon sliced, to decorate
  • 1 green lemon sliced, to decorate
  • enough of chilli powder to serve

Preparation

Blend the cucumber with the lime juice, sugar and ice until you achieve a consistency of shaved ice or scrapes
Frost the glasses pressing them a little through the slices of lemon and chile powder.
Pour a little chamoy into each glass and fill with the lime mixture halfway. Add a little more chamoy and fill with the rest of the mixture.
Decorate the chamoyada glasses with sweets, gummies, lime slices and serve with a little more chile powder.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with the chile sweets, and the lime slice. Enjoy
