Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup almond milk, low in calories
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 cups almond milk, low in calories
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups Sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • enough Coffee grains

Preparation

In a cup, dissolve the cornstarch with a cup of low-calorie almond milk.
Heat the remaining milk with the cinnamon stick over low heat, add the sugar substitute, the soluble coffee and the milk with the starch. Cook for 10 minutes without stopping the stirring, until you have a thick consistency.
Serve hot and decorate with coffee beans.
