Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of strong coffee
  • 1/4 of Cup of dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipped cream

    Preparation

    Heat the coffee and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until the chocolate melts and mixes well, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
    Incorporates sugar and cinnamon. Let it boil over medium heat; Stir until the sugar dissolves. Gradually add the milk stirring to mix well. Add the vanilla, stirring occasionally until the drink is hot.
