There is nothing better than having a fresh drink that is full of nutrients and vitamins. Do not be fooled by the color, it is so rich that even children will love it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 fist alfalfa germ
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 centimeters ginger
  • 1 lemon, big
  • 1/2 bunches fresh parsley
  • leaves peppermint
  • no calorie sweeteners, or stevia
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • ice

Preparation

Cut the ends of the cucumber and peel it.
Peel the ginger with the help of a spoon.
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze it.
Serve in a glass with enough ice.
Blend the sprouts, ½ cucumber, the lemon juice, the branches of parsley, mint leaves, the sweetener and the water.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glasses with lots of ice.

TIPS

Take it the same day you prepare it to preserve the properties.
