Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams carrot, peeled and diced
  • 4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 lime, (juice)
  • 2 cups Water
  • sugar, to taste

Preparation

Blend half of the carrots, 2 cucumbers, salt, lime juice and 1 cup of water to create a homogeneous mixture.
Repeat the step with the rest of the cucumbers, carrots and water.
Mix, strain and place in a jar.
Sweeten to taste.

A través de iOS Lo mismo, a los 15 minutos la zanahoria se oxida y pierde nutrientes, se debe hacer rápido y tomar en seguida, de preferencia sin sal y sin azúcar, estos jugos son al natural

Hola Margarita, claro la cantidad de agua es la correcta si a ti te gusta mas espesa le puedes quitar 1/2 taza de agua. Saludos :D
