I detoxify with this recipe from time to time with this juice that stimulates and cleanses the digestive tract.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 prune
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed, milled
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Soak the 4 prunes in a cup of water for about 5 hours.
Cut the pear into cubes.
Squeeze the juice of the oranges in the blender. Add the pear cubes together with the prunes and half the water where you soaked them.
Add the flaxseed and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.

TIPS

It is recommended to take this juice on an empty stomach to detoxify properly. And take it about once a week.
