If during pregnancy you suffer from fluid retention we recommend this refreshing drink to avoid fluid retention. It's very easy and quick to make. It is made with melon, pear, celery and coconut water.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 cups melon
  • 1 cup pear
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lime
  • 1 branch celery

Preparation

Peel the melon and the pear. Cut them into medium cubes and place them in the blender.
Add coconut water, lemon juice and two cups of water. Blend until everything is well incorporated.
Serve in a glass and decorate with a branch of celery.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a stick of celery.

TIPS

You can use Chinese melon or Valencia melon, the one you like the most.

El apio es no de los mejores igredientes puedes ponerle poco aun mixteado no le da tanto el sabo. Si es q no te gusta!!
