Preparation
In a hot pot milk together with the lemon peel, the cinnamon stick and the pinch of ginger. Remove when it reaches the boiling point and let the mixture cool. Place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Strain the mixture and add the sugar and yogurt inside the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Serve the milkshake and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
