It is a fresh juice that is taken on an empty stomach and serves to cleanse the body and burn fat throughout the day.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 nopal boy or medium large
  • 1/2 stem of celery
  • 4 twigs of parsley
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 1/2 piece of xoconostle
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 250 milliliters of orange juice or grapefruit

    Preparation

    Clean and disinfect cactus, celery, parsley, pineapple and xoconostle.
    Add all the ingredients to the blender along with the orange or grapefruit juice. You can sweeten with honey (optional).
    Blend everything and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with a sprig of celery or a quarter slice of pineapple.

    TIPS

    It is important that it liquefies very well and thus avoid straining it.

    Yo lo tomo de lunes a viernes. A veces por 2 meses seguidos (o cuando sienta mi vientre ya desinflamado y con buena digestión). Depende de tu organismo o puedes hacerlo un día si y un día no. También puedes reducir las porciones si te gusta mucho su sabor y quieres seguir tomándolo.
