Preparation
Heat 1/2 liter of water, when it starts to boil add the soybeans, remove from heat and let soak for 15 minutes.
Then discard the liquid, add another 1/2 liter of water and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
Strain the water. Blend the soy beans with a liter of water. Then put a blanket of sky on a colander, empty the milk and squeeze to get all the milk.
Place what you prepared together with 1 liter of water to boil.
Add the sugar and cinnamon. Let it boil for a few minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
It can last you for 2 weeks. Use it in smoothies, smoothies and more.
