Prepare this delicious iced chai tea with AdeS® Soya, which gives it a great flavor. This chai tea drink is very easy and quick to make. Chai tea is composed of black tea, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, black pepper among other spices. It also has anti-inflammatory and analgesic power, it helps prevent cardiovascular diseases due to its antioxidant properties, improves circulation and the immune system.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2/3 of Cup of AdeS® Soya
  • 1 sachet of chai tea
  • 2/3 of Cup of ice
  • 1 teaspoonful of sweetener

    Preparation

    Make an infusion of chai tea, coclocating the tea bag in boiling water and let it rest for a few minutes.
    Remove the tea bag wait a few minutes for the tea to be cold.
    Add AdeS® Soy and ice to tea, mix and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with 1 teaspoon of whipped cream and roasted coconut.

    TIPS

    Place all the ingredients in the blender and add a little more ice to make a chai frapé tea.

    perfecto para este clima en Veracruz yo hago mi propio chai y queda buenísimo si lo haces  con la leche de soja en vez de agua y luego lo metes a enfriar.
