Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups AdeS® Soya
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ

Preparation

Blend AdeS® Soy with the banana for 2 minutes or until it becomes homogeneous.
Add the wheat germ and blend quickly just to mix. Put in glasses and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with some unmixed wheat germ.

TIPS
