Start your mornings well with this delicious and healthy mamey and flaxseed smoothie. It is made with AdeS® Soya, which gives it a bit of sweetness and a perfect consistency. This smoothie is ideal for taking care of the diet, as it has almonds, honey and all the benefits of flaxseed, which helps reduce cholesterol absorption.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of AdeS® Soya
  • 170 grams of mamey pulp
  • 3 spoonfuls of flaxseed
  • 3 spoonfuls of almond filleted
  • 2 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 2 cups of ice

    Preparation

    Cut a mamey in half, remove the bone and with a spoon remove the pulp.
    Place the mamey pulp in a blender glass and add the AdeS® Soy, almonds, honey, flaxseed and ice.
    Blend until all the ingredients are integrated.
    Empty in glasses and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Place some sliced almonds on top.

    TIPS

    If you do not find peeled almonds, place the almonds in the shell in boiling water, leave for a few minutes, drain the water and with the help of a clean cloth, rub them to remove the peel.
