It is a punch with a simple preparation, based on almond nougat, to surprise our guests this Christmas. I hope you enjoy this recipe and if you do, you can post a photo.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 630 grams of evaporated milk
  • 185 grams of condensed milk
  • 10 ounces of nougat of almond
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg grated
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Cup of white rum

    Preparation

    Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk and corn starch.
    In a saucepan, add the shake, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, salt and yolks. Leave to cook while stirring until thickening.
    Once thick, remove from heat, let cool and add rum. Take to the fridge until serving time.

    TIPS

    You can not add rum for people who do not consume alcohol.
