Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tablespoons sea ​​salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon

Preparation

Wash and drain oats. Place inside a container and cover with clean water. Let it soak all night. Drain the water the next day, wash and drain very well.
Pour the oatmeal into a blender with 3 cups of water. If you want you can add a little more water but the milk will be less thick.
Blend at low speed and gradually increase it. When you reach maximum speed liquefies for 10 seconds and stop.
Place a fine strainer or strainer with cloth over a bowl and pour what you liquefied. Little by little. When you have all the pulp in the colander press with the help of a spoon so that all the milk comes out.
You can liquefy the milk again if you want and you can go through the colander two or three times more. It depends on how thick you want the milk.
Once you have the milk ready, add all the other ingredients and stir well until they are all integrated.
Store in an airtight glass container. Go to the refrigerator. It will last 4 to 5 days. Be sure to shake before serving as the solids can settle.

Si uso stevia en vez de miel, la cantidad de kilocalorias seria menos.

es mas saludable que la leche de vaca. Decid dear de tomarte leche de vaca, porque no es saludable para el organizmo. Y la leche de avena, es una muy Buena alternative. Es economics, saludable, de bien savor y facility de hacer. La nice y me supo muy Buena. Gracias!☺
