Prepare this healthy and delicious mamey smoothie with chia. It is perfect to start the morning and ideal for hot days. You can prepare the chia pudding a day before and serve it the next day with the mamey smoothie. Almond milk gives it a special flavor and Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% provides a delicious flavor.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 2 cups mamey
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons almond
  • 4 tablespoons chia
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

Blend the mamey with the almond milk, the ice and the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
For the chia pudding mix the chia together with 1/2 cup of almond milk and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Place 1/3 of the chia pudding and over half of the mamey smoothie, add a little more pudding and top it with the rest of the smoothie. Finish with some unshelled almonds and toast on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toasted almonds on top.
