Blend the mamey with the almond milk, the ice and the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
For the chia pudding mix the chia together with 1/2 cup of almond milk and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Place 1/3 of the chia pudding and over half of the mamey smoothie, add a little more pudding and top it with the rest of the smoothie. Finish with some unshelled almonds and toast on top.
