2 portions
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 glasses lactose-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon milkmaid
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Wash, disinfect and cut the strawberries.
Add the strawberries to the blender with the milk.
Add the milk and sugar.
Blend the ingredients and serve in glasses.
