Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 part thyme
  • 1 part peppermint
  • 1 part sage
  • 1/8 parts ginger
  • bee honey, to taste

Preparation

Choose a dark jar preferably sealed and mix the herbs. Keep in a dry and cool place.
When you go to prepare the tea, Crush the mixture until it becomes a fine powder. Use 1 tablespoon for each cup of water.
In a tea jug, pour the mixture in the center and pour the hot water into the jar.
