Preparation
Soak the almonds a full night in water, just enough until they are covered. If you want, you can add cinnamon or cardamom right now.
Peel the almonds.
Blend the almonds with 3 cups of water and add stevia or agave honey to taste until it is like milk.
Strain the mixture, it can be with a gauze fabric or a normal strainer. You can save the solid almonds that were left to make a "crust" or almond cookies.
