When you choose the fruit for this refreshing recipe make sure that the coconut has enough meat and that the mango is well mature but without bruises. You can buy the coconut with a shell or white but I recommend you with a shell because even if you take it out, you will make sure it is clean.
I use coconut water to grind the fruit because I feel it gives it a very good taste, but if you do not want to or do not like coconut water you can use natural water. grind the coconut pulp with water until there are no longer large pieces of coconut, strain the water because nobody likes to chew its water;)
Once we have coconut water we liquefy the ice control and add the mixture to the coconut water, the mango will give a sweet touch without adding sugar but if you think it is necessary you can add some undulant stevia, mix well and add the rest of the water.
