30 portions
  • 2 kilos chilacayota
  • 4 liters Water
  • 1 kilo panela cheese
  • 2 rajas cinnamon
  • 1 pineapple, in squares
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Cut the chilacayota into medium squares, remove the peel and in a pot put the chilacayota with water, cheese and cinnamon over medium heat.
When it is soft move until it breaks and the chilacayota is separated, remove from the heat and add the pineapple and lemon zest. Serve cold.
