Cool off with this delicious combination of pineapple, coconut and tequila. This frappeada margarita is a good option for a hot afternoon, best of all, you just need to blend and go. Easier can not be!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup, to frost
  • 3 tablespoons coconut, to frost
  • 2 cups ice
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 4 ounces Triple Sec orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 skewer, pineapple with lemon to decorate

Preparation

Frost 2 glasses or martineras glasses, going through corn syrup and then by coconut. Let dry.
For margarita, blend the ice with tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, pineapple juice and coconut cream in your T-fal® InfinyForce Blender with the “ice” function, for 10 seconds or until the desired mixture is obtained.
Serve immediately and decorate with pineapple and lemon skewers.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a pineapple and lemon skewer and a paper umbrella.
