Give your café de olla a twist with this delicious easy carajillo recipe, everyone in your family will want to try it. Enjoy a different carajillo with the touch of traditional Mexican coffee and relax while you accompany it with a good book or your favorite series.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups coffee, for the pot coffee
  • 2 tablespoons piloncillo, for the pot coffee
  • cinnamon, for the pot coffee
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 ounces coffee, de olla, (previously prepared)
  • 2 ounces 43 liqueur
  • ice
  • cinnamon

Preparation

In a pot, heat the coffee, the brown sugar, the cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Reservation.
Add to a drink mixer, add 4 ounces of pot coffee, the 43 liquor and ice. Mix very well so that everything is integrated.
Serve ice in the glass, then the carajillo, decorate with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
