Preparation
Cut the plums in half, guavas, apples and tejocotes in quarters. Reservation.
Heat the water and when it boils add the fruit, except the plums, and boil for 20 minutes.
Add the tamarind, the plums, the jamaica, the sugar cane, the spices and the piloncillo. Boil covered until the fruit is cooked.
Remove from heat and add the orange liqueur, mix and serve.
