This eggnog flavored hot chocolate will be the sensation during the cold season. In less than 15 minutes you can enjoy a delicious hot and sweet drink, you will love it!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups White chocolate, in pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream
  • 6 small meringues
  • to taste cinnamon powder

Preparation

Heat the eggnog with milk, whipping cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and white chocolate in a medium saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and serve hot in a glass mug. Decorate with whipped cream, meringues and a little cinnamon.

PRESENTATION

In a large glass, decorated with cinnamon powder.

TIPS

If you are lactose intolerant, you can substitute soy milk for milk.
