What better than to celebrate the Independence Day holidays with a delicious Spicy Cocktail? Enjoy this acidic drink and surprise everyone like a Master Mixologist. This tasty cocktail despite containing chili is very balanced in its flavors, since it contains a bit of sweetness thanks to the sugar substitute with which it is prepared. The best thing is that it doesn't compromise your health since it doesn't have sugar.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice to frost
  • 2 spoonfuls of chilli powder low in sugar, to frost
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice
  • 8 spoonfuls of Sugar substitute
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • enough of ice
  • enough of cucumber cut into ribbons, to decorate
  • enough of yellow lemon cut into triangles, to decorate
  • enough of serrano pepper cut into thin slices, to decorate
  • enough of green lemon cut into slices, to decorate

Preparation

Frost two martini glasses or cups passing them through lemon juice and chili powder. Set aside.
Blend the key lime lemon juice with the yellow lemon juice, the sugar substitute, the cucumber and the chile serrano, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Strain and pour into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until it cools and lighten the cocktail.
Serve in the glasses and decorate with a skewer of cucumber with yellow lemon and slices of lemon and chile serrano.

PRESENTATION

Serve in martini glasses or cups frosted with chili powder.

TIPS

If you don't have a shaker, add some ice cubes to the blender mixture so that your cocktail is ready to serve. Do not use too many, so as not to make a "frappé"
