Preparation
Peel the pineapple perfectly, remove most of the "eyes". Cut it into medium pieces.
Blend it with 1 lt of coconut water, if you do not get it use only half a liter of water.
The pineapple should provide enough sweetness, however sometimes it is insipid if necessary sweeten with coconut cream or honey.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and blend it with the rest of the preparation. Do the same in case you prefer celery branches.
Serve in glasses with enough ice and add 1 teaspoon of chia in each one.
