Preparation
Soak the corn in water the night before so that the skin loosens, grind.
Toast the cocoa together with the cocoa flower, the coroso and the bones of mamey and grind everything very well. Mix with the ground corn and beat, adding cold water little by little until it starts to foam. It should be as foamy as possible, put aside the foam and add sugar to taste, mixing well.
Serve cold with enough foam on top.
