Tropical drink, nutritious and fun, prepare this tropical drink recipe, you will love it so much that you will want to prepare it always, apart from the fact that the colors it generates are very striking.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 6 strawberries, disinfected
  • 1 mango, bare
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 cups milk
  • sugar

Preparation

Blend the kiwis with a third part of both milk and yogurt, sugar. Reserve in a jar.
Blend the mangoes with a third part of both milk and yogurt, sugar. Reserve in a jar.
Blend strawberries with the remaining milk and yogurt and sugar. Reserve in a jar.
Serve in a glass carefully and slowly to avoid mixing, first the liquefied kiwi, the mango and finally the strawberry.
