Ingredients

4 portions
  • to taste ice
  • 2 cups watermelon, in cubes, without seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 4 leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the ice, along with the watermelon, ginger and sugar until you get a shave.
Serve Oikos® natural yoghurt and place a little of the watermelon scraping on top.
Decorate with mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fresh mint leaves.

TIPS

You can also use strawberry yoghurt, it fits very well.
