Watermelon Scraping with Ginger and Yoghurt

This summer, treat yourself with a refreshing shave of watermelon and ginger, accompanied by a creamy yoghurt that will make you love this recipe. Best of all, it's simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • to taste of ice
  • 2 cups of watermelon in cubes, without seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger Grated
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 4 leaves of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend the ice, along with the watermelon, ginger and sugar until you get a shave.
    Serve Oikos® natural yoghurt and place a little of the watermelon scraping on top.
    Decorate with mint leaves.
