Ingredients

1 portion
  • 50 milliliters white rum, Bacardi Superior
  • 250 milliliters mineral water
  • peppermint, cool
  • 1/2 lemons, or lime
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, white
  • ice

Preparation

Put the mint leaves and the lime or lemon cut into quarters in a large glass.
Add the sugar and with the help of a mortar crush everything to mix the flavors.
Pour ice to just over half the container, do not fill it with ice or it will cost you more to remove it.
Add 1 part of white rum and mix everything well with a long spoon so that the peppermint and lemon are well distributed by the glass.
