Preparation
Cut the lemon in half, crosswise, and then cut each half into 6 cubes.
In a cocktail glass, add 6 to 8 cubes of lemon (depending on size), raspberries, mint leaves and syrup or sugar. With a pestle for cocktails, we macerate pushing the ingredients to the bottom of the glass, until they release the juices and are well mixed.
Add half of the frappé ice, the rum and mix, so that the ingredients come out of the bottom and distribute evenly throughout the glass. Add a little more ice until it reaches 3/4 and add the soda or mineral water to fill the glass.
Ready to enjoy!
