Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 package of Noodles No. 0
  • 2 tomatoes roasted, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 guajillo chili peppers
  • 5 cups of Water
  • aged cheeses grated
  • sour creams
  • coriander
  • oils

Preparation

Fry the noodles until golden brown.
Grind the tomato with two chilies, garlic and onion.
Season the tomato in a saucepan, add the water and once it boils add the noodle, cover the pan until it absorbs all the water.
Serve with grated aged cheese, sour cream and cilantro.

Muy rica... Solo que se me hizo que era mucha agua y envés de ponerle 5 tazas solo le agregué 3 y quedó perfecta

El Chile debe ir asado y desvenado? Me llama la atención que si el jitomate va sin semilla el chole no... :/

Dificil!! Como le haces para que absorba toda el agua y no se queme?Hasta eso quedó rica un día después cuando  desapareció el olor a quemado!!!
