  • 1 cup of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder for the sauce
  • to taste of salt for the sauce
  • to taste of black pepper for the sauce
  • enough of butter to varnish
  • 1 cup of bacon fried and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of basil dry
  • 2 cups of manchego cheese grated

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and reserve.
Blend cream cheese, whipping cream, milk, thyme, garlic and onion powder; Season with salt and pepper. Mix homogeneously.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
