Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams chicken
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 100 grams frozen pea

Preparation

Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the onion for 3 minutes, until it is soft.
Add the chicken and cook until it is sealed on the outside. Add the sweet potato and add the chicken broth.
Bring it to a boil, then cover and lower the heat to low and continue cooking for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the porridge warm on the plate.
