Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 guajillo chilies, no veins or seeds
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers, no veins or seeds
  • enough Water, hot to hydrate the peppers
  • 1/4 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough Salad, with meat

Preparation

Hydrate the chiles with hot water until they soften, drain.
Blend the peppers with roasted peanuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, orange juice, onion powder and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, mix until incorporated.
Enjoy the dressing with beef salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve in oilcan or small containers. Enjoy with your favorite salad.

TIPS

If you want the dressing to not bite so much, decrease the amount of tree chili and add a little more roasted peanut to the recipe.
