  • 2 Tomatillas®
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 pumpkin, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/4 cups oats, ground in the blender
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons guacamole, to taste
  • 1/2 cups purple cabbage, to taste
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, to taste
