Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Cut the apple into small pieces, try to make them as even as possible.
Place the fruit in a pan with the water and cover. Cook over low heat until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Blend the fruit to obtain a smooth puree using a little of the water with which you cooked it.
Serve warm on your baby's plate

TIPS

Use red apple, green apple is more acidic.
