Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of bacon
  • 1 Cup of sausage
  • 1 Cup of onion
  • 1 Cup of sausage
  • 500 grams of Pork Meat
  • 500 grams of beef
  • 2 pieces of Red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 1 Cup of beer
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a skillet over medium heat, and cook the bacon until it releases some fat and is browned.
    Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add the pork, the chorizo, the beef, the sausages, the peppers, and when the meat is done, add the beer.
