Ingredients

4 portions
  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Orange zest
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups almond, filleted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, to decorate

Preparation

For the pancake, beat the butter with the sugar until it creams and changes color (whiter). Add the egg one by one until perfectly incorporated in each step; add the baking powder and salt. Add the flour alternating with the orange juice, the zest and the sour cream. Once it is perfectly incorporated, pour the mixture into a muffin tin, place the sliced almond on top and bake for 45 min at 170 ° C. Rest the muffin.
Decorate with icing sugar, accompany with a glass of milk and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

When adding the egg, be sure to incorporate perfectly before adding the rest of the ingredients. Once you add the flour, the mixture should not be worked long and it should be alternated with the rest of the liquids in the recipe.
