  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups whole milk, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for the sauce
  • salt, for the sauce
  • pepper, for the sauce
  • butter, to varnish
  • 1 cup bacon, fried and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, dry
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and reserve.
Blend cream cheese, whipping cream, milk, thyme, garlic, and onion powder; Season with salt and pepper. Mix evenly.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a baking dish with butter, make the first layer: arrange the potatoes in the bottom of the pan, add fried bacon, pour the sauce, add the basil and cover with Manchego cheese; repeat this process until finished with cheese. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve piping hot.
