Preparation
Wash, disinfect and peel the carrots.
Cut into equal pieces and place in a pan with enough water to just cover the carrots.
Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes until just tender.
Blend until smooth, using a little of the cooking water.
Serve just a few tablespoons on a plate.
