Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 red tomatoes, big
  • 400 grams potato
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 grams butter
  • olive oils
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • black pepper powder
  • grain salt

Preparation

Cut a lid to the tomatoes and empty the meat with the help of a spoon, squeezing gently.
Salt inside and place face down on a kitchen paper for a long time.
