  • 3 spoonfuls of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chile piquín powder
  • 1 Cup of peanut natural, without shell
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of corn palomero
  • 1 piece of cucumber without shell and sliced
  • 500 grams of potato French, thawed
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon pepper seasoning

    Preparation

    For the peanuts: In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and chili pepper until integrated.
    Pour this mixture to the peanuts and serve.
    For the popcorn: Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the popcorn, cover the saucepan and lower the heat to medium low.
    Cook moving constantly (without uncovering the pot) until all the corn has burst.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, cover the pot again and shake so that all the popcorn are well seasoned. To serve.
    For cucumbers: Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth until incorporated.
    Pour this mixture over the cucumbers and serve.
    For potatoes: Place the potatoes on a tray and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle directly on the tray with 1/2 tablespoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and lemon pepper seasoning.
    Bake again for 10 more minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
