We leave you this incredible recipe of 6 easy snacks accompanied by crackers: a delicious salmon mousse, a spicy dip of tuna, a few rolls of salami, small tree of cheese with ham, a brie cheese with jam and some shrimp with bacon and dressing of chipotle. They will be the sensation!

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 150 grams of smoked salmon salmon snack

  • 1/2 Cup of green olive boneless, tuna snack
  • 200 grams of Panela cheese small tree
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham small tree
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper small tree
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped, to decorate the little tree snack
  • 1 Cup of Orange marmalade brie snack
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped, brie snack
  • 50 grams of Brie cheese
  • 2 cups of cream cheese salami snack
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon fried, salami snack
  • 2 spoonfuls of scallion finely chopped, salami snack
  • 300 grams of salami salami snack
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise shrimp snack
  • 2 spoonfuls of chipotle chile pepper ground, shrimp snack
  • 1 Cup of cheap shrimp shrimp snack
  • 1/3 of Cup of bacon shrimp snack

    Preparation

    For the little tree snack, cut triangles of panela cheese the size of cookies. Cut strips of serrano ham and pepper stars.
    Place the panela cheese on a cookie, decorate with serrano ham strips, pepper and parsley stars.
    For the brie cheese snack, mix the orange marmalade with the rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
    Spread the crackers with a little jam and place a slice of brie on top.
    For the salami and cheese snack, in a bowl mix the cream cheese with the bacon, the green onions and season.
    Place lightly spliced ​​slices of salami on a non-stick plastic board. Spread the cream cheese dip and with the help of the non-stick plastic roll up, refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 1 cm thick rolls and place on crackers.
    For the bacon shrimp snack, mix mayonnaise with chipotle chili. Reservation.
    Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp, cook for 3 more minutes.
    Place a bit of the chipotle dressing on a cookie, add shrimp and decorate with finely chopped cilantro.
    Serve the different snacks in an extended dish.
