Preparation
With a rolling pin, form a pizza base with the pizza dough on a pizza baking dish or a baking sheet (it can be circular or rectangular).
Preheats the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the olive oil on the base for the pizza and spread with a spoon. Then season with the nutmeg.
Add the mozzarella cheese and place the apples, goat cheese and walnut on top.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the dough is well cooked and remove from the oven. Season with rosemary and serve.
